Just had to update you on what's going on in fit camp. We had one day off this week because of the ice storm, but boy did we pay for it on Thursday!!! Have you ever done an obstacle course for 40 minutes straight, then pulled yourself as fast as you can under a human tunnel? Yes, a human tunnel. 20-30 people all with their bodies hoisted in the air, and you have to crawl underneath them. A human tunnel. May sound crazy, but this fit camp tests your ability on every level. It's never a dull moment...ever!
What's really strange is that in talking with so many people who are in it, they are just as addicted as I am. We keep coming back for more and more punishment...I mean fit training, ha!
Trust me, you will get in the best shape of your life after going thru this camp, especially if you're committed. And it's just week 3. 3 more weeks to go...
